Are your items really handmade?

Yes! Every item is designed, crafted, and finished by hand in my studio. I don’t use mass-production factories. From cutting materials to the final stitch or polish, I’m involved in every step.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically shipped within 7–11 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

  • Domestic: 2–5 business days
  • International: 1–2 weeks

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

What if my item arrives damaged?

I carefully inspect and pack every order, but if something arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because each piece is handmade, I generally don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if there’s an issue with your order (size, defect, etc.), let me know and I’ll work with you to make it right.
